Which laser type do I need for my material?
MOPA fiber lasers mark and engrave metals, anodised or painted materials and some plastics. UV lasers mark almost any material with minimal heat, making them ideal for glass, heat-sensitive plastics and medical parts. CO2 lasers engrave and cut wood, acrylic, textiles, leather, paper and laminates. We can test your parts before you buy.
What does "3D marking as standard" mean?
Most Meta systems use a 3-axis beam delivery system that keeps the laser focused across curved, angled and stepped surfaces, so complex parts can be marked in one cycle without manual refocusing.
What warranty do international buyers receive?
The 10-year Diamond Cover is currently available in the UK. Outside the UK, systems are typically supplied with 3–5 year warranties through our authorised distributor network.
Do you support customers outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. Lotus systems are supported in 46 countries through our distributor network, backed by the engineering and technical support team at our UK headquarters in Basildon, Essex.
